Light And Fruity Pie

Well, who isn't really excited about this Light and Fruity Pie; it's perfect to serve this Light and Fruity Pie juat about anytime, from breakfast to dinner or mid-day munch! So awesome, I bet it is hard for you to escape trying this great dessert.
Ingredients
  Jello gelatin 4 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size, Jell-O Package, Any Flavor)
  Boiling water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cool whip whipped topping 8 Ounce, thawed (3 1/2 Cups, Non Dairy)
  Diced peeled fresh peaches/Apricots / pears 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust 1 , cooled
Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping.
Fold in fruit.
Chill until mixture mounds.
Spoon into pie crust.
Chill about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
