Party Pumpkin Pie has an Out of this world taste. The vanilla ice cream and pumpkin gives the Party Pumpkin Pie Energizing taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Vegetable shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Pastry shell 1
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint, softened
  Chopped candied ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tiny marshmallows 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Bake and cool pastry.
Combine ice cream and candied ginger.
Spread ice cream mixture in pastry shell.
Freeze.
In medium bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, ground ginger, and nutmeg.
Whip cream; fold into pumpkin mixture.
Add marsh mallows.
Spread pumpkin mixture over ice cream layer; freeze.
Garnish with additional whipped cream, if desired.
