Cranberry Pear Pie
|Vegetable shortening||1 Tablespoon|
|Pastry||200 Gram (For 2 Crust Pie)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced pears||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry.
Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Blend with lemon juice and cranberry sauce fold in pears.
Pour into pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter.
Place lattice crust over filling; seal and flute.
Sprinkle top with additional sugar.
Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
