Cream Pie

This cream pie recipe is made with whipped cream and milk with added eggs and flour. Cooked and combined together with vanilla for flavor, the cream pie is set in a baked pastry shell and can be frozen before serving for a chilled and delightful dessert!
Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pastry shell 1 , baked
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Scald 1 cup milk over boiling water.
2.Mix sugar, salt, flour and remaining milk together.
3.Stir into hot milk and cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
4.Cover and cook over boiling water for 5 minutes.
5.Add mixture slowly to egg yolk and cook 1 minute longer.
6.Add butter and vanilla.
7.Cool.
8.Pour into pastry shell and spread with whipped cream
SERVING
9.Serve with ice cream
