Seafood Pie

Seafood Pie has a Awesome taste. The fabrication of butter, seafood: shrimp, lobster, scallops, tomato paste, eggs and heavy cream. Gives the Seafood Pie one of its kind tastes.
Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (Used For 9 Inch 1 Crust Pie (See Index))
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green onions/Chives 3 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked seafood 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Etc., As Available)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated gruyere cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; prick bottom.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions; saute about 2 minutes.
Add seafood; stir over low heat 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, seasoning, and sherry; stir until boiling.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat eggs; add cream.
Stir in seafood mixture; season to taste.
Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
