Dainty Apple Pie
|Tart apples||3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced|
|Grapefruit juice||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Use Canned)|
|Graham cracker pie shell||1|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon (Use As Much As Required)|
|Maraschino cherries||8 , chopped|
1.In a pot, cook apples in grapefruit juice until tender.
2.Arrange apples in pie shell.
3.Mix sugar and cornstarch, add to juice and cook until clear and thickened.
4.Pour over apples.
6.Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with cherries.
