Cherry Pie Pudding

Ingredients
  Cherry pie filling 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sponge cake/Angel food cake 1 , cut in cubes
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cherries 1 Can (10 oz), pitted and drained
Directions

Spread cherry pie filling in glass baking dish.
Place cubes of cake on top.
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, and almond extract; pour over cake cubes.
Cook on medium (5) for 12 to 15 minutes.
Arrange drained cherries over top of pudding for garnish.
