Cherry Pie Pudding
|Cherry pie filling||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sponge cake/Angel food cake||1 , cut in cubes|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cherries||1 Can (10 oz), pitted and drained|
Spread cherry pie filling in glass baking dish.
Place cubes of cake on top.
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, and almond extract; pour over cake cubes.
Cook on medium (5) for 12 to 15 minutes.
Arrange drained cherries over top of pudding for garnish.
