Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Rhubarb 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into small pieces
  Plain pastry 1
Directions

Sift flour and sugar together, add egg, beat thoroughly and add rhubarb.
Line piepan with pastry and pour in filling.
Cover with top crust or lattice and bake in very hot oven (42 5 ° F.) 10 minutes; reduce temperature to moderate (350° F.) and bake 35 minutes longer
