Delicious Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie has an Out of this world taste. The mix of sugar, eggs, and lime juice with whipped cream gives the Key Lime Pie Impressive taste. Must catch it
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lime peel 1 Teaspoon
  Green food coloring 3 Drop
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1

Mix gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt in saucepan.
Beat egg yolks, lime juice, and water together; stir into gelatin mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil.
Remove from heat; stir in grated peel.
Add enough coloring for pale-green color.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add remaining sugar gradually; beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold gelatin mixture into egg whites; fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into pastry shell; chill untilfirm.
Spread with additional whipped cream; sprinkle additional grated lime peel around edge of pie.
