Crab And Clam Pie has a Tangy taste.The Black Pepper and Eggs gives the Crab And Clam Pie moist taste.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, sliced into thin rounds
  9 inch pie crust 1
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Razor dams 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

Scatter onion over pie crust and top with half the cheese, followed by the crab and clams.
Beat eggs lightly; add half and half and a lot of pepper to eggs.
Pour egg mixture over seafood, scatter remaining cheese on top, and bake (set pie on a baking sheet) in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing, then serve hot or at room temperature.
