Windsor Apple Pie

Windsor Apple Pie is easy to cook. The blend ground almonds, butter, brown sugar and egg yolk gives the Windsor Apple Pie a mouth watering taste.
Ingredients
  Golden apples 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Golden raisins 3 Tablespoon (Sultanas)
  Ground almonds 5 Ounce
  Softened butter 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Dark brown sugar 3 Ounce
  Egg yolk 1
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Creme Fraiche)
Directions

Peel, quarter and core the apples.
Cut the quarters in half.
Arrange the apple pieces in a 9 inch (23 cm) dish and sprinkle with raisins (sultanas).
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Mix together the ground almonds, butter, brown sugar and egg yolk.
Cover the apples with this mixture and microwave, uncovered, for 4 minutes on HIGH.
