Deep Dish Beef Pie
|Butter/Margarine||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooked beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a large frypan heat butter until foamy.
Add onion, garlic and green pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in ground beef and cook until nicely browned.
Mix Tea Bisk, salt and chili powder together and stir into meat mixture.
Add lima beans and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
