Sweetbread And Oyster Pie

Ingredients
  Sweetbreads 2 (1 Pair)
  Oysters 2 Dozen
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cream/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , hard cooked
  Pie paste 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Puff Or Plain, As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Prepare Sweetbreads
3.Prepare a white sauce with fat, flour and cream or milk, and add the egg yolks, chopped very fine
4.Add sweetbreads and prepared oysters to the sauce
5.Season, put into a deep baking dish, cover with a layer of paste, and bake
SERVING
6.Serve with mushroom omelet, fricassee, or steak
