Ingredients
  Pork shoulder 2 Pound
  Boiling water/Stock 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Onions 6 Small, cooked
  Plain pastry 1 (1 recipe)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees
2.Also cut pork into cubes

MAKING
3.In a pan, brown the cubes in fat and add water, salt, and bay leaf
4.Now cover the pan and cook slowly until meat is tender, for 1 hour
5.Also thicken the gravy with flour mixed to a smooth paste with cold water
6.Add carrots and onions, pour into baking dish, cover with pastry and bake in very hot oven for 20 minutes or until browned

SERVING
7.Serve with rice or salads
