Ingredients
  Veal 2 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Puff pastry/Plain pastry 1 (1 recipe)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees
2.Also cut meat into small pieces
MAKING
3.In a pot, stew the veal pieces until tender
4.Remove veal pieces from pot
5.Dredge the veal pieces in flour
6.Now take puff paste and line a baking dish
7.In the center of dish, place a small inverted cup and add meat, fat, and seasonings
8.Now add stock from cooking meat to nearly cover mixture
9.Cover with puff paste
10.Finally bake in very hot oven for 30 minutes
SERVING
11.Serve with a sauce of your choice, salads, or garlic bread
