Economical Ham & Egg Pie
|Canned luncheon meat/1 cup sliced wieners||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2|
Brown onions and celery in butter; add flour.
Stir in milk.
Cook until thick.
Add quartered eggs and cubed meat.
Put mixture into a casserole.
Make half recipe of regular biscuit dough.
Pat dough into a circle and cut into pie shaped wedges.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
