Luscious Lime Chiffon Pie

Luscious Lime Chiffon Pie is exquisite desert. The flavor chiffon, mixed well with lime juice and sweetened condensed milk gives a divine taste. Lime chiffon pie is light and it is severed cold in sweltering summers.
Ingredients
  Baked 9 inch pastry shell 1 , cooled
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 Can (10 oz) (1 1/3 Cups, Eagle Brand)
  Green food colouring 2 Drop
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Realime)
  Grated lime rind 2 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In large size bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon coloured.
Continue to beat; gradually add sweetened condensed milk.
Add food colouring.
Beat until well blended.
Add lime juice and 1 teaspoon of grated rind.
Beat well.
Beat together cream of tartar and egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gently fold into lime mixture.
Pour into baked shell.
Refrigerate 5 hours, or until set.
Decorate with Whipped creamed and serve
