Corn-Meal Meat Pies
|Consomme||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White cornmeal||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
PREPARATION combine consomme, sugar, and paprika in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; add butter.
Melt; stir in meal gradually.
Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick, for about 15 minutes; remove from heat.
Add eggs and beat to form smooth dough.
