I doubt if there can be some dessert as wholesome and delicious as this Blackberry Pie! A wonderful dessert for those with sweet tooth, I even serve this Blackberry Pie for mu breakfast. It is simple and so do give ita try!
|Blackberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Line piepan with unbaked pastry, fill with berries.
Mix together flour, spices, and syrup and pour over berries.
Dot with butter or margarine and cover with pastry top.
Crimp edges of pastry together.
Bake in,hot oven (425 F.) 40 minutes
