Franciscan Meat Pie
|Mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Swifting Make Your Own Mix)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cooked veal/Beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shredded cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cooked tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
Combine Mix and milk to make a biscuit dough.
Turn onto waxed paper.
Knead 6 times.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board to fit a 9 inch pie pan.
Fill with meat mixed with mushroom soup.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with tomatoes.
Bake in a hot oven.
Baking temperature: 450Â° F.
Bake: 25 to 30 minutes.
