Beef Pie

Ingredients
  Lean stew beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Potatoes 6 , sliced thin
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 4 Medium
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wipe meat and roll-each giece in flour arid salt combined.
Place Meat and potato slices in deep .casserole, add.onions and salt and pepper to taste, and fill.dish with water almost to the top.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350 F.) for 2 -hours, remove cover and bake 1 hour longer, or until potatoes are browned.
