|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Carrot||1 Large, grated|
|Rosemary||1 Teaspoon, ground (5 Milliliter)|
|Salt||To Taste (5 Milliliter)|
|Worcestershire sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Peel and boil the potatoes.
Mash, whip with butter, milk, salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425Â°F (215Â°C).
In a heavy skillet, saute the onion in the oil.
Add the beef, carrot and rosemary and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked.
Add the salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
Put meat mixture in a 1 1/2 qt. (1.5 L) casserole and top with the mashed potatoes.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until browned on top.
