Easy Cheesy Apple Pie

  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury)
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cold milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix 10 Ounce (4 Serving Size, Not Instant)
  Peeled sliced cooking apples 6 Cup (96 tbs) (6 Medium)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, softened

Preheat oven to 375 F .
(Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) In 9 inch pie pan, combine first six ingredients; mix well.
Press onto bottom and sides of pie pan; do not press onto rim.
In large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and apples; spoon into unbaked crust.
Sprinkle with cheese.
combine Topping ingredients; blend until crumbly.
Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until light golden brown and apples are tender.
Serve warm.
