Magic Pumpkin Pie is a delightful desert. The blend of canned pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, salt, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and water gave me completely out of this world taste. Take a bite of Magic Pumpkin pie and you will feel the magical difference.
Ingredients
  Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Canned pumpkin 14 Ounce
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 Can (10 oz) (Eagle Brand, 1 1/3 Cups)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large size bowl, blend together all ingredients.
Turn into shell.
Bake in moderate (375°F.) oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean.
Cool.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
