Magic Pumpkin Pie is a delightful desert. The blend of canned pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, salt, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and water gave me completely out of this world taste. Take a bite of Magic Pumpkin pie and you will feel the magical difference.
|Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell||1|
|Canned pumpkin||14 Ounce|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz) (Eagle Brand, 1 1/3 Cups)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375Â°F.
In large size bowl, blend together all ingredients.
Turn into shell.
Bake in moderate (375Â°F.) oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near centre comes out clean.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
