Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Canned cooked pumpkin/Mashed cooked pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  9 inch unbaked pie shell 1
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into the pie shell and top with pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
