Impossible Pie

This impossible pie is a quick and easy to make dessert! It makes its own crust, custard filling and crispy coconut top! Watch Amy's recipe video below, try it yourself and satiate your taste buds!!
Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Rising flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweetened flaked coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2)Take a 10 inch pie plate or pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray

MAKING:
3)Mix all ingredients together until well blended
4)Pour mixture into prepared pie plate or pan
5)Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and the center has set up. Remove and let cool

SERVING:
6)Refrigerate leftovers
