|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Unbaked (10 inch) deep dish pie shell||1|
Mix together the egg, egg yolks, sugar, brown sugar, commeal, flour, butter, vanilla, salt, evaporated milk and chopped pecans in the order listed in a large bowl.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer or until set.
