Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar and next 4 ingredients, beat until blended.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 350Â° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and a pecan half, if desired.
