Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin pie is a family favorite of mine during halloween and I make it every year. This pumpkin pie recipe is a tasty and delicious recipe prepared with cooked and mashed pumpkin spiced with a medley of spices for flavor. Baked in a pastry shell, this pumpkin pie can be served with cream or just by itself.
Ingredients
  Canned pumpkin/Cooked pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), mashed
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Canned evaporated milk 6 Ounce
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
Directions

Thoroughly combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices.
Blend in eggs, milk, and evaporated milk.
Pour into pastry shell (crimp edges High filling is generous).
Bake at 400° 50 niinutes, or till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool.
