Creamy Cheesecake Pie

  Graham cracker crumbs/Cinnamon-graham-cracker crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Package cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Eggs 2 Small
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Combine crumbs and butter; press into buttered 8-inch pie plate, building up sides.
Beat softened cream cheese till fluffy; gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Pour filling into crumb crust.
Bake in slow oven (325°) 25 to 30 minutes or till set.
For topping, combine last three ingredients; spoon over top of pie.
Bake 10 minutes more.
Chill several hours.
Serve with red ripe strawberries
