Creamy Cheesecake Pie
|Graham cracker crumbs/Cinnamon-graham-cracker crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Package cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine crumbs and butter; press into buttered 8-inch pie plate, building up sides.
Beat softened cream cheese till fluffy; gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Pour filling into crumb crust.
Bake in slow oven (325Â°) 25 to 30 minutes or till set.
For topping, combine last three ingredients; spoon over top of pie.
Bake 10 minutes more.
Chill several hours.
Serve with red ripe strawberries
