Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  9 inch baked pastry shell 1
  Ripe tomato 1 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Processed american cheese slices 8 Ounce
  Processed swiss cheese slices 8 Ounce
Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet until soft; stir in ham, mustard and horseradish.
Spoon half the mixture into baked pastry shell; top with tomato slices.
Cube 4 slices american and 4 slices swiss cheese; sprinkle over tomatoes.
Top with remaining ham mixture.
Cut remaining cheese diagonally to form triangles; arrange on top of pie.
Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until ham mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
Tomato wedges may be used as garnish, if desired.
