Strawberry Fluff Pie
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted confectioner's sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|9 inch vanilla wafer crust||1|
|Drained sweetened sliced strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
Cream butter; gradually stir in confectioners' sugar.
Add eggs; beat till fluffy.
Spoon into Vanilla wafer Crust; smooth top.
Fold strawberries into whipped cream (for extra rich pie, use 2 cups).
Spread over butter mixture; trim with additional crumbs.
Chill till firm, 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
