Rice, Leek And Bacon Pie
|Leeks||2 , washed and sliced|
|Cooked brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter for 30 seconds on HIGH, stir in leeks, cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH.
Preheat oven 180Â°C.
Stir rice into leek mixture, spread over base of a greased 25cm pie plate.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Pour over bacon.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place on Low Rack, cook for 20-22 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C.
