Pastry Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crusts 2
  Egg 1
  Potatoes 7 Medium (Peeled)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Steak 1 Pound (Round Or Chuck)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut steak in 1/2 inch cubes.
Layer potatoes, meat, onions and cheese in crust, ending with the cheese.
Drizzle melted butter over pie.
Cover with top crust and prick.
Baste top crust with egg.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Take out and set on rack for 30 minutes.
Serve with a green vegetable and salad.
