Impossible Pie

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bisquick mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded coconut/Crushed banana flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender except coconut or banana flakes.
Pour into a 9" empty pie pan.
Let set 5 minutes then sprinkle coconut or banana flakes on top.
Bake 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
