Deep Dish Spinach Pie

Ingredients
  Raw spinach/Beet tops 2 Pound, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
  Parsley sprigs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Stems Removed)
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch, ground
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in pan.
Cook briefly, stirring once or twice, over low heat, only longs enough to reduce ingredients to half their original bulk.
Turn into oiled casserole.
Cover with rolled Cheddar Cheese Pie crust.
Brush with cream.
Bake at 425° F. for 15-20 minutes, only long enough to brown pastry.
