Meat-Za Pie is a wonderful meat pie that you just cant stop taking! My meat crazy husband loves this meat pie! Try this Meat-Za Pie recipe and you will understand why everyone loves it.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned mushroom pieces and stems 5 Ounce, drained
  Mozzarella cheese 5 Ounce (10.75 Inch Strips)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place ground beef, garlic salt and bread crumbs in a 9-inch pie pan.
Add evaporated milk and mix together with a fork.
Spread mixture evenly over bottom of pan, making a rim high around edge.
Spread catsup over meat.
Lay mushrooms on shell.
Place cheese strips on top and sprinkle with oregano.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
