Ingredients
  Rye flour/Whole wheat flour / 0.25 cup oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients, adding only enough water to make firm dough.
Pat into two oiled 9-inch pie pans.
Chill.
