Meat And Potato Pie
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Instant mashed potato puffs||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients.
Divide between 2 un greased 9 inch pie pans; spread evenly.
(To serve one immediately, see below.) Wrap label and freeze.
1 hour 15 minutes before serving, remove 1 pan Meat and Potato Pie from freezer and unwrap.
Have ready: instant mashed potato puffs (enough for 4 servings); 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
Bake pie uncovered in 375Â° oven 1 hour.
After 50 minutes of baking, prepare potato puffs as directed on package.
Mound potato around edge of meat; sprinkle cheese on potato.
Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
