Carrot Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Carrots 16 Ounce, sliced and drained
  Canned frozen lemonade concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart, softened
  9 inch graham cracker crust 1 (Commercial Variety)
Directions

Combine carrots, lemonade concentrate, and sugar in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Fold carrot mixture into ice cream.
Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust, cover and freeze until pie is firm.
