Breakfast Pie

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked, drained
  Creamed cottage cheese 12 Ounce
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Eggs 2
  Biscuit mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients, set aside.
Combine biscuit mix and onions in a small bowl.
Combine 2 beaten eggs and milk, pour into biscuit mix.
Stir only until mixture is moistened.
Spoon half of batter into a greased 9-inch pieplate.
Spoon on cheese mixture.
Top with remaining batter.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
