Puerto Rican Cornmeal Pie

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cubed
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Celery and tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil.
Lightly saute pork, onion, pepper and celery.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Spread mixture over dough.
Bake in 350° F. oven for 25 minutes, or until crust is crisp.
