Zucchini Pie (Torta Di Zucchini)

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Pound, sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Fresh bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the zucchini and onion in two tablespoons of butter or margarine for about ten minutes.
Mix together the zucchini, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper to taste and the eggs.
Melt butter or margarine in a large frypan.
Pour in the zucchini and egg mixture and cook without stirring until the bottom is set.
Put frypan under hot broiler to cook the top.
