Sweet Butter Cornmeal With Vanilla Chess Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornmeal 4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Unbaked 8 inch pastry shell 1
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Stir in eggs, mix thoroughly.
Pour into pastry shell, bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
