Upside-Down Meat Pie
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Canned condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Biscuit baking mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Shredded process cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Crumble hamburger into 2 quart casserole, about 9 inches in diameter; add celery and on ion.
Microwave uncovered until meat is firm, 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir to break up meat; drain.
Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, eggs and frozen peas.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes; stir.
Microwave uncovered until hot and bubbly, 3 minutes.
Mix biscuit mix, water and cheese.
Spoon onto hot meat mixture, spreading to cover.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave uncovered 3 minutes; turn dish one quarter turn.
Microwave until top ping is no longer doughy, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon or invert onto serving plate and cut into wedges.
