Ingredients
  Crepes 12
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Prepare main dish crepes; set aside.
In skillet cook ground pork till meat is browned; drain off fat.
Stir in water, onion, bread crumbs, salt, sage, and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Spread about 1/4 cup meat mixture over unbrowned side of each crepe, leaving 1/4-inch rim around edge.
Roll up jelly-roll style.
Place, seam side down, in 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake in 375° oven about 20 minutes or till heated through.
Meanwhile, for sauce melt butter or margarine.
Stir in flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; add milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Spoon sauce over crepes.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley and ground nutmeg, if desired.
