Strawberry Chiffon Filling

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin/1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hot)
  Mint sprig 1 , minced
  Strawberries/Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced or crushed
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Soften gelatin in orange juice.
Add hot cider and mint.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool.
When mixture begins to thicken, beat with rotary beater until frothy.
Mix fruit with salt and lemon juice and fold, with whipped cream, into gelatin mixture.
Turn info baked piecrust.
Chill.
