Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, till thick and glossy (about 15 minutes).
Separate biscuits; roll each to an oval shape, about 5 inches long.
Place a rounded tablespoon of filling just off center, lengthwise, of each biscuit.
Fold dough over and thoroughly seal edges with tines of fork.
Fry in deep hot fat (375Â°), turning once about 1 minute.
Drain; sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
