Never Fail Pie Crust

This Never Fail Pie Crust surely lives up to its name as all the different varietis of pies that I've tried are big hits with my family and friends! Try out the Never Fail Pie Crust and tell me if you agree with me!
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (allpurpose)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lard 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1

Combine dry ingredients in Bosch bowl.
Using wire whips, cut in lard until mixture is the consistency of cornmeal.
Combine cold water, egg, and vinegar in a small bowl.
Mix with a fork.
Add to flour mixture, and stir only until mixed.
Roll out between two large pieces of lightly floured plastic wrap or on a floured surface.
Makes 4 singlecrust or 2 doublecrust pies.
