Waikiki Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
  Baked pastry shell 9 Inch
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed pineapple and juice 15 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed
  Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Dust baked pie shell with flour.
Set aside.
Combine pineapple and.
juice in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture is hot.
Add corn starch, sugar, rind, lemon juice and salt.
Microwave 3 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture thickens, stirring every minute.
Stir in butter.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Pour into baked pie shell.
